Aging is an inevitable biological process accompanied by challenges. It is a continuous process that brings certain changes in the body that affect our physical, mental and emotional strength and wellbeing. The concept of growing old is often not understood well. Many people instil fears and apprehensions about getting old mostly because old age involves physical decline, health problems and fear of loneliness. It is definite that body changes with aging as every cell, tissue and organ undergo the change that leads to changes in function of organs and appearance of the body. The biggest challenge one can face is embracing the age gracefully. The truth of accepting getting older and make efforts to positively adapt to it is important. We may not stop aging but we can slow it down by making changes to our lifestyle which are small but very effective. The fact is every phase of life serves a purpose and make our life complete.  Instead of being dispirited we can pursue a
